Vehicle tracking training is complete. We identify the need for small departmental restructuring necessary to accommodate the complete change in working practice. It is a big change from the paper driven manual processes that exist now. We work hard to identify the PCR list and documenting the list of system changes needed to adopt our go-live strategy. We continue to discuss the go-live “order”, ie. which warehouses/customers will go first in our phased approach. FI continues to raise discussion and with the change in go-live there is a possibility that the year end (June) would be a more ideal time.
