After a busy week reengineering the plan we agree a way forward.
We have a new go-live date.
One of the major drivers for this is that many of our customers need extra time to prepare their systems to accommodate the changes that we now require – predominantly the RF requirement for barcodes. Also, we have a significant amount of work to complete all our required reports and with the delay in recruitment it also pushes the estimated completion time back further than our original plan. In order to facilitate expected staff holidays we push the date accordingly so that the majority of them can be taken before the go-live date. The vehicle tracking project continues and training should be complete next week.
