We have a considerable amount of outstanding development of which most is changes identified during the realisation phase. I rearrange the plan to incorporate this and it suggests the go-live date is under review. We have to realign the testing/training and QA build to reflect a sensible date in line with the end of all developments and configuration. I am working hard with the board to establish a new plan.
The vehicle tracking project continues and is affecting the SAP implementation due to internal resource requirements so we look for support in this area. Our partner also experiences unforeseen resource issues which we work together to overcome as best we can.
The internal ABAP team continue to progress the necessary reports which are reviewed individually for their priority and indeed their relevance post SAP.
