After a busy Christmas for the business the New Year refocuses attention to the project.The team have taken the opportunity to take their annual leave so we start where we left off.
Over the last couple of weeks we have identified a list of outstanding requirements which will add time to the realisation phase of the project. I am working hard to make sure this does not impact go-live, but our strategy will dictate this.We organise some more training for our new ABAP team so that they may contribute further to our report requirements. It has also become apparent that there is still a significant number of customer requirements that need modification to the SAP processes.
